That’s pretty bad about the pitchfork. If we dared carry those, for more serious matters that affect the entire country (v. one person), I think we’d be slammed to the ground and hauled away! And painted as Rs (again)!

Well, where I live, it’s referred to as a ‘spudhoe’. Flat tines, somewhat dull tipped, about an inch wide. They work real nice for digging up potatoes.
The protesters probably think it’s a real pitckfork, but wouldn’t be caught dead actually having to use one for pitching hay that’s already ‘been through the cow’.
