Do you know any details on the settlement before her hire?
Just from what I've read here. The fact that she was appointed by the man she sued seems to be a serious issue. In any case, I think this story is far from over.

She sued once, she can sue again.
I have feeling that this episode is going explode in the face of the White House and the NAACP. Mrs. Sherrod doesn't seem the type to back down.
