15-20 years from the time we start cleaning up the Nazi Socialist mess we’ve fallen into. Less than that if we just start packing democrats into impact space vehicles aimed at the moon. Then again, do we really want to pollute the moon?

Up until last February, the answer would have been sometime in 2019, and aboard space craft being developed by Project Constellation, started by President George W. Bush. Anyone who believes that we would have been landing on the moon anytime close to 2019 and anywhere near to the planned budget is kidding themself.
