They are probably betting that most of these entities will just settle than spend money on lawyers and going to trial.
You are right, most will. However, I hope at least one person will take this all the way.
Exactly right. Even if they agreed to settle for the defendants’ cost of defense, with that many lawsuits out there they’d reap a windfall.
