It was the moment of greatest peril for then-Sen. Barack Obama’s political career. In the heat of the presidential campaign, videos surfaced of Obama’s pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, angrily denouncing whites, the U.S. government and America itself. Obama had once bragged of his closeness to Wright. Now the black nationalist preacher’s rhetoric was threatening to torpedo Obama’s campaign.
The crisis reached a howling pitch in mid-April, 2008, at an ABC News debate moderated by Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopoulos. Gibson asked Obama why it had taken him so long – nearly a year since Wright’s remarks became public – to dissociate himself from them. Stephanopoulos asked, “Do you think Reverend Wright loves America as much as you do?”
Watching this all at home were members of Journolist, a listserv comprised of several hundred liberal journalists, as well as like-minded professors and activists. The tough questioning from the ABC anchors left many of them outraged. “George [Stephanopoulos],” fumed Richard Kim of the Nation, is “being a disgusting little rat snake.”
Others went further. According to records obtained by The Daily Caller, at several points during the 2008 presidential campaign a group of liberal journalists took radical steps to protect their favored candidate. Employees of news organizations including Time, Politico, the Huffington Post, the Baltimore Sun, the Guardian, Salon and the New Republic participated in outpourings of anger over how Obama had been treated in the media, and in some cases plotted to fix the damage.

Anyone who served as a professional paid apologist for the impeached rapist, has got to be among the lowest scum on the planet.
It is the GOP’s fault for not airing these clips 24/7 during the 2008 campaign. We know full well that such things will NEVER see the light of day in the MSM.
OK, at least they are all US media outlets. But what about the Guardian? With what right does that pseudo-intellectual rag get involved in US politics?

These people actually believe this is achievable, if they have to usher in tyranny and toast every individualist on earth to do it.
Any body remember when these same cowards went after John Ashcroft for having an article in Southern Living Magazine ?
And they would do it too if they could. That's why we must never let down our guard.
He interviewed the L.A. DA who was "investigating" the gold company and he interviewed Weiner. And although he included Fred Thompson, Mike Huckabee ("the Christian conservative who ran for president") and "other prominent Republicans" in his smear, not one of them was given a chance to rebut the accusations. Disgusting.

I’ve always bought into the echo chamber theory of the liberal media, but this site shows it goes deeper than that. They really are liberal activists working to promote liberal candidates. If they say this stuff in writing on the Web, imagine the personal conversations.
It is incredible. This media is in the tank for Obama and this is the white hot evidence. They bum rushed ABC off this story, and ABC took it. These people aren’t journalists, they are leftist advocates of a heavily leftist political agenda, with a subtext that America is a capitalistic killing machine. They were even mouthing that nonsense in their comments in the article. Theirs is a screeching arrogance that forsakes any inkling of objectivity in their reporting, so long as everything they write puts their candidate in a better and better light. It’s dishonest and yet they are proud of it and ‘don’t even bat an eye’ as Rev Wright would say.
This is dynamite and I would hope that this gets posted every 24 hours until November 2012. More of the world needs to see this evidence and then decide for themselves.
