You’re kidding, aren’t you? It’s in the breaking news sidebar four times, starting at 10:30 this morning (with the video).

She isn't toast if she isn't news. Video of an outrageously racist Administration official that distributes billions, that isn't news. Some crackpot involved in a tea party somewhere, that is news.

Just compare a Google news search for Shirley Sherrod and "Mark Williams" + tea party , and you'll see what is news and what isn't. Sherrod has 8 entries, and Williams has 615.

To: somebody; Everybody; nobody; Anybody
Are you already a monthly donor to Free Republic? Do you think you've already done enough? Well, I used to feel the same way until I realized the FReep-a-thons were taking longer and longer.

If each monthly contributor kicked in an additional, one-time donation of $20.00, this FReep-a-thon could be over!

EVERYBODY, SOMEBODY, ANYBODY, NOBODY

This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about this, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

Or are you waiting for Somebody Else to do what Everybody should?

You’re a little too late for the train. She’s been fired and the NAACP has offered their apologies.

I can’t wait for the lawsuits to start. For the first time, I support them.

‘White farmer’?

Has American become just another South Africa or Zimbabwe now?

The NAACP released a statement late Monday condemning Sherrod’s admission.

“We are appalled by her actions, just as we are with abuses of power against farmers of color and female farmers,” the statement said.

“Her actions were shameful,” it continued. “While she went on to explain in the story that she ultimately realized her mistake, as well as the common predicament of working people of all races, she gave no indication she had attempted to right the wrong she had done to this man.”

So where’s their “apology” for having FarrahCon-Man and “Rev.” Wright as speakers? Or for the thousands of white and Asians who’ve been screwed out of admissions, jobs, or promotions because of discriminatory quotas?

DU`ers are claiming she and the farmer became great friends and are accusing conservatives of trying to stir the racial pot.

The farmers wife is lavishly praising Sherrod for saving their farm. This is a flash-in-the-pan story that ain`t going nowhere, folks.
