I absolutely think his father was involved. Here is my theory. I remember Natalee's mother saying her daughter had not run off because she would never have left without her inhaler. That means she had asthma and that comes with allergies. I think Joran gave her a date rape drug, she had an allergic reaction (anaphalatic shock) and she died. In a panic he called his father to help him dispose of the body. Good old dad arranged for a boat to drop her off shore in the Gulf Stream and she's gone forever, no body to find.
