Is that the same Jessica Figueroa? I bet that there are plenty of them in New Jersey. Here is a picture that accompanied the story of the incident on nj.com. I could be mistaken, but it looks like a different girl. Something tells me that the Jessica who would so callously leave her babies to fend for themselves, would not necessarily be concerned with having a house "filled with books".
