I think that’s the ROV swaying - if it’s the BOP then the it’s all over for this wellhead.
We should start seeing pressure drop if there is a leak.
The ROV has the ability to keep balance which was demonstrated by the robotic arms doing amazing maneuvers. My opinion its the BOP making the scary sway.
