Despite the misleading headline, the article doesn’t identify a single “neo-nazi” tie with regard to this man.

He is pretty well known as, and freely admits to being the leader of the Arizona "National Front" which is a National Socialist group. There are photos of him wearing Nazi uniforms and marching with other neo-nazis. Example:
