Thanks for letting us know about this TMH.
Theyre telling us directly that theyve transformed our country putting it right there for all to see. Wonder if its coincidence that they changed it right after taking over our nations financial industry?
Sure hope more people wake up and see whats being put right in front of them. We all need to speak up, speak loudly, and spread the word!!
I notice the DOJ/White House also changed the DOJ seal
it no longer carries Americas colors. On the bright side, at least they didnt make it purple (SEIUs color).
Do to another FR post a day or so ago, I went to the DOJ site and did a double take on that quote. Good article.
Where can a person view the new seal? I can’t locate it.
Great post! Thanks.
Are you REALLY surprised? They certainly Do have “audacity.”
Take action:
Department of Justice Main Switchboard - 202-514-2000
Office of the Attorney General Public Comment Line - 202-353-1555
The U.S. Department of [Social] Justice
Black revenge against Whitey is the main course, and that's what Holder and his alien hatemongers are all about.
The Common Law stems from the Natural Law, which as St. Paul said is the Law of God written in the heart of everyone, Christian, Jewish, or pagan.
That’s why the Founders spoke about “inalienable rights,” given to us by God Himself, and not by the Constitution, which simply recognized and was based on those rights.
When these Communist jerks speak about the will of the people, they are really talking about themselves—the Vanguard of the Proletariat, the Nomenklatura, the guys who REALLY know what the people want and need—even though most people think and say differently.

Have you checked out the new DOJ website, complete with a communist/progressive quote on the banner and the American Flag removed and the black motif? Here is what it looks like now:
and here is what it looked like before the Destroyer in Chief changed it:

THank you for the links.
Perhaps they wanted the DOJ site to look more ‘formal’ like the black robes the judges wear in court
or they just wanted to scare the living sh!t out of those who bother to look closely at these things.....
Even in the movies, the really bad guys like say, Darth Vader, wore all black.....
Well, if the left wants to embrace common law, even with a stupid Marxist-sounding motto, I think it would be an improvement.
I mean, common law is fundamentally conservative: I mean habeas corpus, trial by jury, the castle doctrine, deference to precedent. . .
Somehow I think the motto is window-dressing. The left despises common law because it can’t be easily changed to suit their agenda.
The web site looks awful. Very dark and dreary. Almost Darth Vaderish.
One point, though. The seal has not been changed. The image on the home page is a copper version of the seal. There are pictures on other pages of the color seal with red, white, and blue in it.
The Obama-Holder Department of JustUs.
The list, ping
Nachum I love your pings...but they’re scaring the HELL out of me. How did it get this far out of hand in less than two years? How are we going to make it through the next two+?
Five words: Dear God, please help us.
Amen.
1. Why did you remove the beautiful American flag from the home page?I was hoping to discover more about Jenks' political philosophy but didn't have any luck. Was going to include that in the email as a link.2. Why did you put a quote from C. Wilfred Jenks on the home page? The common law is the will of mankind issuing from the life of the people
Thanks!
When/if the DOJ responds, I'll post the response here.
Look at the bright side. Now you know there is a 'hell', LOL.
Did they change their name on the logo? Department of Just Us?
LOL!
