It grieves me to say that I agree with you, FRiend.
Normal cells turn into cancer cells when injurious stimuli cause damage to specific parts of cell DNA, such as gatekeeper and caretaker genes.
So we're not "born with cancer cells" at all, cancers develop from completely normal cells when they're damaged - waxing metaphorically.
It gives me no pleasure in saying it,but, I have to call them like I see them. Not like I want them to be.
