The New McCain (Scott Brown)
NewsWeek ^ | July 16, 2010 | Matt York

When people asked for this newly minted celebrity's autograph, Brown signed his name, followed by the number "41," signifying the critical vote the GOP needed to shoot down the president's signature legislation (healthcare reform).

"Sometimes he'll be the 41st vote, other times he'll be the 60th," says Eric Fehrnstrom, a Massachusetts political consultant who has done some work for Brown's reelection in 2012,

On Democrats' financial-reform package,Brown surprised even his own party when he decided to vote yes, giving his would-be opponents exactly 60 votes.

He ran on standing up to the Obama agenda, that's what got him elected, now he is the one giving the Dems the 60th vote, pushing through their destructive agenda.

Shame on you, Scott Brown.

... He ran on standing up to the Obama agenda ...

All RINOs are lairs at heart, and we already know that the mark of Satan’s helpers are that they are full of pride, and lie at will.

Therefore, one can safely conclude that RINOs and Satan have a special relationship that is directly opposed to your well-being!

From another article:

“Why is it that I’m always the one that has to vote with the Democrats?” Brown lamented. “Bipartisanship is a two-way street, you know? Why can’t they also work together to pay for these things within the budget, within the monies that we already have? Why is it that we always have to add to the deficit?”

No, Scott you do NOT have to vote with the Democrats!

And I thought he wasn’t an idiot — my mistake.

He ran on voting against Obamacare. He’s going to do what it takes to get re-elected in Mass and he’s up in 2 years. Do people understand that Massachusetts isn’t Mississippi? Lindsay Graham got re-elected in friggin South Carolina 2 years ago. I would suggest that maybe the focus would be better percentage wise to be spent there? The bil was Frank-Dodd. Anyone know where they live? Understand that part of the country? Trying to run Alan Keyes everywhere is just banging your head against a wall.

Shame on you, Scott Brown.

At least he is in the company of Arlen Spector. At least Arlen has Brown as his replacement now that Arlen can pay O back for his weak help getting reelected. O probably thinks now that it was worth losing that turncoat in 2012.

I'm really sorry Martha Coakly didn't win. I'm mean, it's so darn upsetting when one of those RINO Republicans don't always toe the party line. Life would be so much simpler if there were two Senators from Massachussets who we KNEW we're going to vote with the Democrats every time instead of just on the rare occasion.

We need to get rid of all the wishy-washy Republicans, even if they're from the bluest of blue states, because we can do SO MUCH more with just 20 or 25 solid conservative Republicans.

Most people don't know this, but if one party gets more than 70 votes in the Senate, they actually just don't hold the vote - it's kind of like the "skunk" rule in little league.

Let's get rid of Brown, Snowe, Collins and let's make sure that Feingold and Boxer get reelected, because we don't need the RINOS who would replace them. Sometimes in politics, less is more. Sure, we'll have a permanent minority party, but at least they'll be entirely predictable, and I bet many people here would sleep better because they don't have to worry about those blue-state RINOS.

The huge difference between Brown and McCain is Brown represents a bluest of blue states. So if you get an elected Republican from there, you might expect them to be middle of the road.

McCain represents a fairly red state and so we need to have rock solid conservatives from those states. Of course McCain is very conservative in several respects, it is his courting of the MSMediots that infuriates most conservatives. While others close to McCain like Linsey Graham similary court the MSMediots, I do not see Scott Brown doing that at least not yet.

Yeah, I guess you can't expect much from the land of the "Fisting for Fifth Graders" curriculum in its government schools.

There are rumors that just before the vote, "Dingy" Harry had to work to keep the 60th vote and said "fence sitter" was none other than our newest "full-fledged" Rino, having officially joined the 2 "Beatch" Sisters from Maine, McCain (pre 2010), Ohio's George "Voin-o-Bitch" and Lindsey "Graham-nesty" as a chartered member of this exclusive club of traitors.

If so (and I don't know we will ever know for sure, though if he was "bought off," somehow, that might become known) his conduct is even that much more reprehensible--REGARDLESS of what he might have gotten in return for his precious state, as he should be thinking in terms of how this Bill will affect ALL Americans!

I sent Brown a scathing email wishing him well on his one (and ONLY) term as a US Senator

If he thinks he can win re-election with only Taxachussetts support, he is as delusional as the Demo-Rats he now supports, and I could care less if we end up with a Kennedy-Clone; "Better the devil you know......"

I hope he and McCain will both soon be known as former senators.

I am pissed beyond belief at Brown’s support of the fascist finance bill.

Whispers in the Brown brothel:
"Tell your personal friends at the Medical school, like I did
at the TV station, to quietly invest now in State Street
and Fidelity Investments, before the Bill is voted on. Shhhhh.
Those companies are your father's only real constituents."

Eric Fehrnstrom, working for Romney and Brown, prove
that the title above is wrong.

The title should be, and this episode has shown that Brown is,
"The New Romney (Scott Brown)."
