McCain, we’re sick to death of your “leadership” Why not lead yourself to the shuffleboard court.
This earmark nonsense is beyond ridiculous. It totals $20 to $30 billion per year of a $3 trillion plus budget, a fraction of 1%. Even though there is some waste, it is peanuts in our total budget, and in comparison to the big budget items. It’s nothing but a cheap applause line that all too many never look into in detail.
I hope J.D. brings some of this up.
