Neither do I. Good for small game and deer.

I prefer the DRT option though. Hunt with 45-70 or .54 Hawken (flint lock). Very rarely do I have to chase wounded game. Tend to go for neck shots too. A CNS hit always does the job.

On that note. A bow/cross bow is even better. Kills the critter without the BIG BOOM.

On another note. “Black Rifles” tend to be looked upon as survivalist/militia guns. Carrying around something else is not as provocative. I have had people look at me funny when I carry and M-4 (simi only) but not bat an eye with an M-1.
