Oh, you are preaching to the choir. There is not one thing I like about Obamacare or the way it was passed. What I want to see is a much stronger push on the part of GOP leaders to repeal it. Right now the GOP is doing the usual; hand wringing and vague promises, sans any real charge—with teeth in it—to get the job done. They should be pulling a Churchill, and saying they’ll fight them now; they’ll fight them in 2011; they’ll fight them in 2012; they’ll fight as long and hard as it takes, but this thing WILL be repealed.

I know, I know; hailstorm in hell, right.

The problem is the BMI mandate is NOT in the healthcare bill. It was inserted into the Stimulus Bill. Repealing that bill will be moot, as it has already been implemented and the money is being circulated around the government.

What will be necessary is a new, separate bill specifically repealing the BMI mandate, which is tied to the electronic records mandate, which affects medical reimbursements.

Amen. I'm afraid the Republicans will repeal just parts of all the cr*p the Dems have been passing when they get the opportunity.
