We don’t need legislation.
We have a Constitution. It is clear, unambiguous and has served us well.
What we need is a Congress that keeps it’s hands off things that are none of their business. Legislation is just an opportunity for corruption.

Why is the answer always more laws? The existing ones aren’t enforced except selectively.
