What’s Good for the Goose is Good for the Gander

A question asked of Jason Sager at the First Hernando Republican Club candidate forum was: “If elected, would you submit a bill, that whatever the house passes, that a bill that affects the American people, that congress will be affected in the same way?”

Jason Sager responded with: “Yes, it’s actually a part of the Congressional Reform Act…. that all laws that apply to the people must apply to Congress the same….. Let me tell you what I’m going to do before that bill is even passed. I’m going to contribute voluntarily to Social Security and Medicare as you’re Congressional representative, I can do that on my own. The other thing I made a pledge to the people the past 9 months of my campaign, I will not for any certain terms draw a federal pension when you feel it’s time for me to come home. I will invest my hard earned dollars just as you invest your hard earned dollars. I find that whole system absurd. We do not elect people to go to Washington for a two year term and then after they serve about four, pay them for life… I will take the lead on that issue; we will apply the law equally. If we cannot get the law applied equally by legislation, I’ll do it on my own, because I’m a man of integrity. And that’s what you expect of your representative.”

Jason Sager will not only fight to give equal rights to the people of this country, Congress must be made to be included. Further, Jason will set an example for the rest of Congress to follow. Integrity and honesty can still be found in representatives. You just have to look for it and elect the candidate with honesty and integrity to represent you in the Congress.

Jason Sager took a bold stand Tuesday at the First Hernando Republican Club.

He has signed the Contract from America. He has taken several other pledges and promises to work with conservative coalitions and caucuses to advance the conservative agenda and reign in an out of control federal government.

This candidate needs our help and support in his August 24th Primary.

Your U.S.House & Senate have voted themselves raises at $4,700 in the House and $5,300 in the Senate.

1.They voted to not give you a Social Security cost of living raise in 2010 and 2011.

2.Your Medicare premiums will go up $285.60 for the 2-years and you will not get the 3% COLA: $660/yr. Your total 2-yr loss and cost is -$1,600 each or -$3,200 for husband and wife.

3.Over 2-yrs The House & Senate each get $10,000 raises.

4.Do you feel screwed?

5.WILL your cost of drugs - doctor fees - local taxes - food, etc., increase? You better believe they will!
WILL THEIRS? NO WAY .. They have a raise and better benefits. Why care about you? You never did anything about it in the past. They obviously think you’re too stupid or don’t care. No offense; just making a point!

6.Do you really think that Nancy, Harry, Chris, Charlie, Barnie, et al, care about you?

Why aren’t we demanding that the 28th Amendment be enforced?

“Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States .”

These people in Washington have brought this upon themselves!!! It’s time for retribution. Let’s take back America .

IN 2010 YOU WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO GET RID OF THE SITTING CONGRESS, THAT IS 1/3 OF THE SENATE,
AND 100% OF THE HOUSE.

Careful! The Congress has a clever way of dealing with this. A given law WILL be identical from them as with us except for one small detail that they will not readily reveal: Who enforces the law! For us, it would be, say, the local sheriff, for them, it is Congress's own, ahem, sheriff that they have selected - get it? So when they break the law, Congressman Barney Fife investigates and...drum roll...finds no wrong doing.
