Obama Admin First Defends Abortion $ in Health Care, Now Promises None
Washington, DC -- Officials in the Obama administration are scrambling to respond to evidence showing the new health care law President Barack Obama signed will fund elective abortions in Pennsylvania and New Mexico -- and possibly in more states. The Obama administration promises that won't happen.

Sounds to me like what she is saying is that the State of New Mexico is already paying for abortions for those who qualify for Medicaid. So, the abortions they can’t get Federally, provided Obama is true to his word, they’re still getting from the State anyway.
