House Democrats hit boiling point over perceived lack of White House support

House Democrats are lashing out at the White House, venting long-suppressed anger over what they see as President Obama's lukewarm efforts to help them win reelection -- and accusing administration officials of undermining the party's chances of retaining the majority in November's midterm elections.

In recent weeks, a widespread belief has taken hold among Democratic House members that they have dutifully gone along with the White House on politically risky issues -- including the stimulus plan, the health-care overhaul and climate change -- without seeing much, if anything, in return. Many of them are angry that Obama has actively campaigned for Democratic Senate candidates but has done fewer events for House members.

The boiling point came Tuesday night during a closed-door meeting of House Democrats in the Capitol. Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Calif.) excoriated White House press secretary Robert Gibbs's public comments over the weekend that the House majority was in doubt and that it would take "strong campaigns by Democrats" to avert dramatic losses.

BS! It's been a race between the Dem Executive Branch and the Dem Legislative Branch to see which could destroy the country and usher in communism first. It's simply laughable to hear them say they were dragged kicking and screaming by Obama toward the communist goal.

Leaders of regimes are willing to sacrifice everyone associated with them, they do not care, and that’s how Leaders stay being a Regime.

Between a willing Congress, a compliant Media and political class plus a 5th column parading as victims he will continue to do as he pleases. The only way to resolve this is to vote out all incumbents for the next four to five voting cycles, and force Government Education to stop teaching the values of anti-Americanism, fraud and socialism…and oh ya enforce the law.

He’ll prefer it because he’s setting up a replay of 1994. Republicans winning both houses and putting a stop to his agenda could make him personally popular and the winning candidate in ‘12. I hope to God this scenario doesn’t play out again.

Like what?? WHAT do they want "in return"?
I'm sure Ubanga would be happy to hit the campaign trail for them.

Even though Drudge punched this up on his website, the comments following the article are eye-opening.

Almost NO defense of Obama.

His MoJo is truly gone.

The upside of this could be that, given a GOP rout in November, the House and Senate might be less likely to pull the lame duck session crap to get thru the Obama agenda, even tho it is largely their own.

The ones who will be defeated will be those from swing districts, the less liberal members. What would be their incentive to give BHO a parting gift ?

Considering B Hussein Obama’s support of party members in Virginia, New Jersey and Massachusetts and the resulting losses, you'd think they'd want him to stay away and not support them!

That absurd video made more sense than anything that has come out of Obama’s mouth in the past three years.
