In point of fact, ANY time you have contact with a LEO in the state of Nevada and you have a CCW, you must present your CCW card to the LEO at any time he asks you for ID.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re carrying at the time.

That is some scary chit for sure.

I have experienced one stop here in my hometown, which doesn't involve Metro (get the hell out of there man!), and the officer was totally professional.

As soon as he saw my permit though, he did (non-verbally) express disappointment that it would not be a felony stop.

I was on my way in about a minute flat.
