So WHAT? That just sounds SO COMMUNIST, saying somebody should do what you think they should do with money they don’t even have. And you try to make it better by saying what charity they should give it to? How bout giving it to the poor girl that was planning on spending the rest of her life with him and is now single and alone, yet with no legal recourse? How about letting what they do with the money, should there be any, be THEIR BUSINESS, which it is.
I’m sorry, I agree with your point that they should sue, sue, sue everybody and everybody. You just knd of messed your point up at the end by directing what should be done with it.
My guess is if he sues and wins some or all will be donated to a military affiliated charity. That’s just the way he rolls. In my opinion. Since you feel so strongly about it you should email him and advise him to sue and keep it all (if he prevails)
