...this makes no sense to me. Unless the “surprise” is one that dems are able to blame on Republicans and that can’t happen because they have little to no power. Everyone seems to be underestimating the power of the “Tea Party” and the “silent majority” (which I’m sick of hearing about). Conservatives work and they work hard. Most don’t wear their political persuasion on their sleeve. Most don’t have or make time for polls. We vote.

More likely, the Octo-surprise will be in September or late August, in the form of manna: ‘bam will dump the remaining stimulus money.
