In any case I though yunz might get a kick out of the front page from one of my prep sheets today. WHen prep sheets like this start busting on an administration, it's in TROUBLE!
APPROVAL RATING The big story yesterday was the President’s various approval polls are plummeting this summer. One poll had his approval rating down 7-points in one month – to just 42%. Another poll found 60% of Americans saying they’ve ‘lost faith’ in the President’s ability to lead.
-Yeah – the only person having a worse summer right now…probably Mel Gibson.
-That’s one thing you have to give to Americans…we will turn on you like a psychotic Chihuahua…
DESSERT The First Lady is doing a lot better in her approval ratings. She gave a speech about childhood obesity at the big NAACP convention this week. She said parents have got to watch what their kids eat…saying ‘dessert is not a right!’
-So apparently we have the right to bear arms…but not the right to Bear Claws.
-Wait as minute…’dessert is not a right’??? Now we’re going to see her approval numbers crashing too…
-Because…you can have my pudding in a cloud…when you pry from my cold, dead fingers…
BUDGET CANCER The head of the President’s deficit commission, Erskine Bowles went on the record this week – saying everything the commission has reviewed so far shows the trend in the federal budgets and deficits – is a cancer. He said the cancer will surely kill the country from within – unless we do something quickly.
-I know…you’re probably thinking the same thing I am. What kind of name is Erskine?
-I mean, ‘Erskine Bowels’…it sounds like somebody Miss Marple might suspect of murder.
-You know…we spent the last five years worried about the global warming ‘hockey stick graph’. How about the deficit ‘hockey stick graph’?
SALSA AND GUACAMOLE The Center for Disease Control issued a warning about the potential health hazard connected with restaurant salsa and guacamole. They say the problem is due to the fact the food is prepared with raw peppers, tomatoes and cilantro. There have been 25 cases of food poisoning related to restaurant salsa and guacamole in the last ten years.
-Really? Twenty-five cases…in ten years?? That’s two and a half cases a year!!! In a country of 300-million people. Maybe I just feel lucky.
-Let’s put it this way…you have a better chance of being hit while you’re crossing the street…by a Presidential motorcade.
These are "jokes" that we or the morning hosts PAY or trade for!
More and more the prep sheets are busting on Hussein!

Hi HC. I’m catching up on my podcasts. I was listening (again) to the show with Andy McCarthy and (barb?) Perlson. Andy was easier to hear with headphones.
My blood is boiling about that mosque! >:-( We are truly in trouble in this country. People just aren’t paying attention. What’s it going to take??
Thanks for posting the podcasts. Mr S. expects me to watch tv with him on a Sunday night (I’m not much of a tv watcher)when we’re not busy with family, etc. I’d rather hang in the chatroom during the show. (don’t tell him I said that!!!) lol!

Good almost afternoon...we lost power a couple times overnight, so alarm clock went awry; no internet up this am (So I couldn’t work on my other job before I went to my first job). Sigh. Not a great start for today...sneakers, I notice last night that Indiana was getting pounded pretty hard...hope your place faired well.
P6, how are you feeling? Did rest help? Did you make an appt? PaDad ate bland yesterday (and in tiny portions) he had an ok (but not normal) night. He is still fighting going to Dr (his six month A1C is end of August...and he thinks he will just ‘mention’ his stomach probs then.) Not gonna let him wait that long...
Anyways...hope you are doing better. Between the voter fraud and the NYC Mosque stories (I think I will be needing a doctor visit for blood pressure). Last night we had wpxi on (for weather) and left it on. Saw NBC News story on mosque. OhMyGawd!!! They ‘found’ a man who lost hi wife on 9/11 who is suppportive of the ‘diversity’ of permitting the Mosque. I actually yelled ‘where did they find this guy at!?!?!’ Honest. It was like the TwiLight Zone...in a city of 7 million they ‘find’ one supportive survivor to balance out the overwhelming majority!?!

The NYC mosque gets my shorts all knotted up. Even more so when Bloomey supports it!
There is going to be a "confrontation." No question in my mind. I've warned the Wife and Kidz. It is not going to be pleasant.
Could happen as soon as this fall...could wait until next year. But it's still going to be bad.
