Kagan is less qualified than Harriet Miers. Miss Kagan has too little experience, plus she carries too much anti-American and anti-Constitution baggage to serve effectively as a Supreme Court judge IMO. She should withdraw her name from the short listing of qualified individuals for the Supreme Court.

She will never withdraw her name too much like The O. The burden must shift to our spineless Senators, they must filibuster. What does it take to get a fire started in these guys.
