In before the blog pimp police arrive.
It is ironic that the party founded by abolitionists is the party that the NAACP feels wronged by, and the party that vehemently supported and profited from slavery wins their support and votes.
I hope the Tea Party, whatever government in may have (thought it was just a loose coalition of whoever showed up?) makes a statement condemning the NAACP’s racism.
Right there in their own name, pushing the advancement of COLORED people. Not all people. Just the ones of the correct racism.
How about we eliminate racism by not indulging in it. Any of us.
Dems: “Mr. Scott is being held captive by right-wing racist Republicans and was forced to make this statement.”
Tim Scott, Republican candidate for Congress in South Carolina's First Congressional District
Good job Tim!!!
Black Republican candidates will take the message. Whether they will be heard by constituents (black or otherwise) remains to be seen. They are sure to be vilified by the likes of NAACP and NBP’s until those organizations are rendered irrelevant. COnservative blacks are gaining their voices and momentum. It’s only a matter of time.
Again, kudos to Tim for speaking up and publicly. I’ll note that Michael Steele is listed as a speaker at the NAACP convention. I wonder if he’ll say anything on the subject. I’d like to think he would.....
coinservatives need to stop playing defense. They need to condemn the NAACP for having more racism in its ranks than any tea party ever could. After all it’s the truth.
