As for Kirsten Powers, she seems to think that an injunction barring one of the New Black Panthers from appearing near a poll booth in Philadelphia - as agreed to by the Obama DOJ - is an appropriate and tough penalty. Really? Even if he abides by the injunction, that wouldn't bar the 'Rat organization from sending out hundreds or thousands of other thugs from the same or similar organizations to do the same thing at as many polling places as they wish! Nor does it bar this individual from involvement in the same mischief elsewhere. Furthermore, why no fines or jail time for the perps?

In fact.. given he threats the NBPP has not put against Beck and the Tea Party tells me this has served to embolden them. As to Brad Sherman, a real pox on his district that they keep returning that man to office...and same with Waxman, too.

Powers actually began her fall into oblivion when she stated that she didn’t see any voter intimidation at all. She said what SHE saw was a black man standing there with people going by him to vote. That is what sent Megyn off.
