“Whoever called the police, fictitionalizing the customer’s actions”
They said that he was destroying merchandise and was carrying a gun. What part was fictionalized? Clearly the police overreacted here and ought to be charged, but I didn’t read where someone lied to the police about the victim.
The term originally used to describe him was “going berserk.” Based on witness accounts it now appears that “going berserk” really = a liberal employee confronting him about his gun and getting into an argument over it.
