So, employees shouldn’t call 911 and LIE about a suspect.

“Blame the police for their on incompetence.”

Sure. BUT, the employee who escalated this tragedy deserves equal blame.

Yep, accessory to murder. Or at least the highest level of VOLUNTARY manslaughter/Homicide (as premeditation would be hard to prove, for the officers especially).

What was the lie? That he wasn't armed? He was. That he wasn't being disruptive? Breaking up packages and putting them in a backpack then taking them out again is certainly out of the ordinary. The cops overreacted.

Calling the police was an escalation? So any time a company calls the police it's an escalation and they're liable for what happens?
