You words...he didn't have to be armed to be killed. You just needed to believe that he had "anything in his hands."
I just had to have reasonable suspicion that he was coming out of that vehicle with anything in his hands that could cause me harm.
What part of “EMPTY HANDS” is the most difficult for you to understand? If an officer pulled me over and ordered me out of my vehicle with my hands visible and empty, why on earth would I do anything else?
