The woman made a mistake? Get a grip. She was scared of a possible prowler and called the police to check it out. A friend heard and came over to be there til the police arrived. He explained his being there and police let him go home.

Instead of asking for the woman's info and about the prowler, the cop started ASSUMING domestic violence and inappropriately questioned her.

What it escalated to is totally bizarre and horrible. Then the 2d cop jumped in and started tazering before he even knew what happened.

So--these brave public servants became the aggressors.

No doubt about it--if this story is true, I would sue their butts. The one who quit and now works for another force will be bullying again--guaranteed.

Years ago my husband had a psychotic break because his meds were off and I called the cops to help me get him to the hospital.

He ended up in jail and we ended up getting investigated by Children and Families. And he ended up with severe problems from their careless treatment. I would have loved to have sued them.

I will never call the cops again unless I absolutely have to. I had to hire an attorney to protect myself against the idiots that thought they were protecting me.

You are 100% right. With the only addition that this cop is likely to kill someone one of these abuses.
