“Much to the chagrin of the government Attorney who recently argued before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that the right of an individual to carry loaded guns in public (except for certain “sensitive” places) should not apply to the states as it now applies to the Federal Government. One of the judges, during the oral arguments, pointed out to her point blank that her own attorney general (Jerry Brown) had filed a brief with the US Supreme Court saying that the US Supreme Court Opinion in the District of Columbia v. Heller decision should apply to the states.”
