As Vitter knows it is WAY TOO LATE now to be discussing this. There were numerous chances to stop it before he took his oath (which if you remember was botched). One was when the Congress was asked to certify the Electoral College vote count - anyone could have stood up and objected. ALL Republicans were missing their spine and gonads.

Having BO declared ineligible would lead to his immediate removal, and most likely would clear the way for EVERYTHING he has done to be reversed by the courts, INCLUDING his supreme court picks.

Maybe this is why El-Rushbo is holding off on the issue... because getting him ousted now would only give the dems the chance to re-solidify/re-appoint/re-sign all of BO’s UNLAWFUL actions as president.
