Bingo. He was ordered to drop his weapon, which he didn't have in his hand, so as he tried to get it, they shot him. There was NOTHING to suggest he was using his gun, and at the very least they should have shot non-lethal pellets at him at that time.
It breaks my heart for his family, and for his life cut so tragically and needlessly short.
A 5 yr. cop and 2 with 2 yrs. combined experience 9 yrs. Military vet had more weapons experience than all three cops combined.
