The Costco Leftist should be (1) fired immediately without any severance, (2) criminally indicted for falsely inciting a panic or something along those lines, and (3) sued in court for his portion of the civil liability in this guy's death.

I think 'making false satements to law enforcement' would be a slam-dunk charge.

Or just follow the guy home from work and call 911 to report that he is on PCP and waving a pistol at fellow drivers. The cops will do the rest.
