I believe that most Americans are not racist and a lot of them are getting fed up with being having the 'racist' accusation thrown at them every time they express concern about our gigantic national debt or any other Obama administration failure. I suspect that resentment toward being unfairly and inaccurately labeled 'racist' by Obama supporters and their media water carriers is a factor in the Tea Party movement.
The NAACP is being blinded by the color of Obama's skin and helping him, his wife and the Democrat party attempt to undermine support for the Tea Party. Constantly repeating lies about 'racist signs' at Tea Party rallies and 'racist epithets' being shouted at members of congress (without a scintilla of audio or visual proof, even when the occasion was recorded by many) is going to backfire.
Sadly, this kind of unjustified attack on ordinary Americans (Tea Party members) by a Black organization is only going to set U.S. race relations back even farther while adding to the political/cultural divide. I seriously doubt that another Black president will be elected in America in this century, after the mess Obama has made, his administration's bullying tactics and the left's lies and false 'racist' accusations against ordinary Americans protesting what they consider the folly of an inept administration.
Obama is disgracing the presidency and ruining our economy (by design), among other things, and his wife is his willing partner. As for the NAACP - they should reject any contributions from White people from this day on. Fat chance.
Since decent Americans have gotten to the point where they’ve had enough, the race baiters have been unsuccessful in shutting up the non-race baiting types.
This is a last gasp to keep the NAACP relevant. IMO, they should be completely IGNORED. Should they come out with some sort of ‘racist’ proclamation, I would hope local Tea Party types would issue a statement that as Constitutional supporters they respect the right of the NAACP to issue statements, regardless of their dubious accuracy.
I, too believe most Americans are not racist, but I have noted, even far from large black populations, that more and more people are getting that way. They are sick of being called racist, and at some point are going to just say 'bring it on....'. It is a rare saint who can endure being the brunt of and accused of something they are not before they resort to fighting fire with fire.
I think the Obamites and Alinsky racists are counting on this to bring about civil unrest in time for the midterms, so they have an excuse to stop the change in management in at least one house of the Congress.
It's late in the game and the full-court press is on.
