The laws of physics are universal. When Russia came out with their shuttle, a NASA engineer was asked about if the design had been stolen. His response was that both designs were controlled by the wind tunnel and he could not imagine them coming to a different shape using the same math.

What shape do you expect it to be? Flying wing designs have been around since the 1930s. It is only logical that advanced stealth designs will use a blended flying wing.
