Good for the Brits. She should never again be allowed to enter a Western European country. The Brits should pressure their EU counterparts to ban her as well. Her punishment: having lived in London and the US, now she gets to live in the paradise that is Russia.

” in addition to the Home Office probe,”
Where do I sign up for the “probe?” Like to get her in my home office!

The debriefing by the Russian SVK is likely to end the problem for all western nations as the KGB and other forerunners of the current intelligence service have long tended to “eliminate” the problem of failed covert agents.

The best part of the Maclean and Burgess and Philby debacle was the miserable lives they lead after defecting to Russia.

If we would hang or shoot a few, or, I don’t know, lethal injection would work too, it would certainly cut down on spying. Not just the Russian spies, but the thieving Chinese spies as well. It should be a risky business, but our Overlords in the US have removed most of the risk. Executing that woman would have concentrated the minds of the rest of them.

I thought they hung or shot spies. Only in wartime, and even then, sometimes to avoid having one's own spies hung or shot, one keeps them around for trades.

If she loved Russia so much she spied for them let her go live in that Paradise.
Why should she ever be allowed into the countries she tried to bring down?

If she's lucky enough not to be shot, Anna will most probably “disappear” into the countryside and live out her life in a little dacha somewhere. She'll never be heard from again.

She should change her name to Anna Maria Lopez and she’ll be welcomed with open arms here. Change her name to Malik Shabazz and she’ll be welcomed in London.

To: Mr. K
Exactly. She spies for Russia but doesn’t want to live there.

If we would hang or shoot a few, or, I dont know, lethal injection would work too, it would certainly cut down on spying. As long as it's just a few, that'd be OK.
We have to keep some around to trade for our spies.
