She's a criminal. She's breaking our laws. Sorry.
4.09, huh? Then she should have no problem understanding immigration laws, and how she has broken them.
Oh? Depends on the school system then. I got all As one semester and an A+ in speed reading. My GPA was over 4.0.
Since this is the Media's agreed-upon number being pushed on us, it is easily double that. Remember, the last McCain-Kennedy amnesty failed bill mentioned 6 million, a few years ago!
We're talking about 40 million that will swell to 100 million a couple of years after amnesty when their relatives/full families, falsely documented friends and acquaintances are "entitled to come so we don't break families!"
IOW, Mexico will empty out into the US and if we ever allow this to happen, we'll be Mexico North through the ballot box, "fair and square" with no fraud needed.
LITTLE ROCK, AR. - The Arkansas Higher Education Department says more than 55,000 students have applied for scholarships funded by the state lottery and the office is backlogged in giving applicants word on whether they have qualified.
The agency said Friday that thousands of calls from applicants have further bogged down the staff.
The deadline to apply was June 1. The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery is to provide funding for 28,000 scholarships - $5,000 for students in four-year programs and $2,500 for students in community colleges.
Factoring in all the different scholarships the state offers, the department has more 125,000 applications to process.
(Wonder how many of these applicants are ILLEGALS)?
That appears to be the case.
Some schools apparently have a more perfect perfect.
Almost means nothing anyway, it’s Ca. public schools.

You are correct. My girl graduated with a 4.6. She starts Grad School this Fall, at age 19. Chemistry and Bio-Medical Engineering. Grants and scholarships pay everything. I’m not worried about her prospects! And,,, I;’m very proud of her!
Well my same school system now considers D- passing, so...
Someone is gilding the lily here.
I believe they're using a 5.0 grade scale these days instead of the old 4.0 one. Under the old system, her GPA would be about 3.27.
“We grant scholarships for thousands foreign students across the country, and I am sure she will qualify for one.
State Grants and Student loans are for American Citizens only.
That’s the rules.”
Sadly many illegals get in-state tuition while US Citizens from neighboring states do not.
Deport NOW and Repeat until the school is clean.
Mexico’s loss, eh
She feels no compunction to make her native land and culture a better place?
The Fontana, CA school district does NOT require proof of citizenship, only proof of residency (a utility bill is sufficent) and proof of date of birth.

Too bad, so sad.
I don’t give a f*** what her GPA is.
Has GPA changed somehow? I don’t remember GPA being able to be over 4.0?
we can all agree its a disappointment when finances prevent an intelligent person from obtaining an education.”
Not when it is my money they want for that education. The argument presented is that smart people should get things for free and even illegally, which is a rather stupid argument.
And 17-year-old Gladys Castro of Fontana, California, is intelligent: the senior has a 4.09 average at Kaiser High School, where she took Advanced Placement classes, led the Advanced Biology Club and was a member of the National Honor Society.
She will be a great asset and leader in her home country. They need her. If she and others like her can uplift their home countries, then the U.S. will not have as many illegals pouring out of these Third World cesspools and into our county.
I’ve never heard of that. In my highschool in the late 70’s 4.0 was the highest even for AP classes. I graduated with a 4.0.
