Tonight it’s gonna be chicken thighs. I walked into the Lucky near my house. They’re already doing their store-brand thighs at 99 cents a pound, and I found a package that had been marked down $3 for a quick sale. I came home with 5 1/2 pounds of thighs at about 44 cents a pound!
It’ll be a really simple prep. Just kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder and sweet paprika. Haven’t decided on a starch, but there will be a salad along with it.
