As for the causes....lack of vitamin B (and I take some, I know) and possibly hereditary causes are the only ones that
can apply.

I might just have to ask this neurologist that suggested it
what might be done to stop the pain...or at least slow it down.

I don’t KNOW of a pinched nerve, but guess it could. It does
seem to be worse when I am sitting. I have a stand-up job,
thank goodness!
