With the conviction of involuntary manslaughter, the criminal charge has been settled. The next step is a civil lawsuit. I understand one member of the family has already been awarded some money, but there are other members who have not settled.

Any Attorney with a white client who is being prosecuted by the DOJ should raise the charge of racial profiling.
