With the conviction of involuntary manslaughter, the criminal charge has been settled. The next step is a civil lawsuit. I understand one member of the family has already been awarded some money, but there are other members who have not settled.

oh
so how much money should be awarded for his life? the amount that he would earn over his lifetime?
who should get that money?
do you think having taxpayers pay punitive damages will prevent this from happening again?

They actually responded to Megyn Kelly personally? HA! That is fantastic! You know they getting to them when that happens. But the more they play the video of Samir Shabazz the worse they look. I don’t get it, if the charges are not dropped they can still act on them? Quite a feather in Fox’s cap if they do.

and now they e/mailed a second time - must have them upset
the charges were dropped ‘without prejudice’ - meaning they can be reinstated if the doj wanted to

Any Attorney with a white client who is being prosecuted by the DOJ should raise the charge of racial profiling.Brilliant! If we win the house we should start hearings with Julie Fernandez, I'd love to see how far it goes up the ladder. At least to Holder if not Barack Hussein 0bama, all blessings be upon him.

Do you think having insurance companies pay for automobile accidents will prevent them?
A court of law will decide the amount of damages to be paid.
This fellow is dead, shot in the back while cuffed.
His death was wholly preventable.
Should the family say, “Oh well, he deserved it I guess.”
“after all he was involved in a rumble even if he was unarmed”

Megyn, Brit Hume, Charles Krauthammer and a few others are pretty reliable conservatives. I wish Megyn would work on Special Report.

seems like the fifty cent opinion since neither of us know the facts about what happened or the people involved
paying for automobile accidents is for the property damage and injuries

I am saying that his death was unjustified.
