Just looked it up. Not a single black on the jury. I have many many bones to pick with Holder’s doj—Black panther dismissal, suing AZ, etc., but like Bush reviewed Rodney King, this review is appropriate, IMNSHO.
With the gun enhancement, maybe it is possible for the judge to hand out a stiff sentence. If that is done, no fed prosecution is appropriate.
