The Black Panther’s can only project power within core areas of inner cities. And, only during the first week of every month when welfare checks and food stamps are paid out - which will run out about the end of the first week of the month. So, like the LA riots several years ago, in the end they will only foul their own nests...
Bring a weapon and go “panther” hunting.
There really isnt a F’ing thing anyone can do about a million folks showing up with their weapons. Add a little bit of coordination to that group and there isnt a force on earth that can stop them without also obliterating the entire city.
