Did I sleep through the sixties, lets see, active duty 1968 through 1971. A few good friends of mine have their names on that wall in Washington DC, they were drafted, I was not. Do you want to piss on all of them. One neighbor kid was a draftee tunnel rat, one of my cousins served two tour in country, he was a draftee, if you had said what you did to either of them It would not have been a pretty picture.

They believed that when your country called you were to step forward with honor and serve your country.

If you want to attack Rangle do so, but you don't need to be calling men of honor slaves.

Your friends and you were the exception, not the rule. Viet Nam era draftees generally did not want to be there. You’re looking for a fight for no reason.

(and YES, I did serve. Disabled vet here)
