They're recommending ten years of 14% cuts in defense spending. This is accomplished mostly by eliminating or cutting specific underperforming programs, and eliminating non-essential foreign bases.

14% a year for 10 years leaves us with a budget of 116 Billion in 2020. American cannot be defended on that budget. The last time the budget for DOD budget was that low was 1979. Not really a good year for America as I recall.
Hence treason.
Based on current estimate of 663 Billion DOD budget.
