Legal Eagle FReepers, please weigh in on this. What good is a court decision if the WH ignores it and proceeds on with new rules. Why even bother to have courts in that case? Just let the Hut do whatever it wants?

A congressman on Fox News Greta show last night actually said Obama is acting like a dicator. The discussion was on the Arizona law suit, but it floored me to hear a congress critter actually get angry enough to call Obama out on this.
