He wants this to be a DISASTER and as a permanent reminder to NEVER, EVER drill offshore.

This is from the Onion, right? Who would ever believe the New York Times would publish a sober article, fairly reporting criticism of the Bolshevik administration?

OK, my question is...
He wanted a 6 month ban passed on off shore drilling while they can figure out what they should or shouldn’t do. Now that a month has passed since that judge cancelled his ban, will he want it to be only a 5 month ban, or will it be a 6 month ban no matter what?
