Bill Clinton (43%), Ronald Reagan (42%), and Jimmy Carter (40%) all were below the majority approval level in July of their second year. Of course, each of those presidents saw his party lose a substantial number of seats in that year's midterm congressional elections, though both Reagan and Clinton recovered in time to win a second term as president.

True, but there are some other things to consider. Clinton lost control of congress , especially telling was the House went republican for the first time in 40 years. HillryCare failed, and the new congress dragged Clinton to the center, did the contract with America and welfare reform. We had the internet boom AND cheap energy prices, so Clinton was saved from himself in a sense.

Reagan lost congress, but his tax cuts brought about an unprecedented boom.

The closest comparison to Hussain would be Jimmy "my name is Earl" Carter. He was weak, had no clue about the economy and brought about the rise of the mullahs in Iran. Hussain is basically Jimmy Carter on steroids. The only difference is that Hussain has the MSM in his pocket and a lot of Soros money to back him up. Plus he has ZERO regard for the constitution.

Nice synopsis. Obamarx is much more closely related to Carter. One more thing about Reagan (related to Clinton’s internet boom) was the boom of PC’s in the workplace which, coupled with tax cuts, drove the economy. Obamarx has nothing going for him and is doing everything wrong.

He also has a baseline approval rating of 99% among one demographic, a demographic among which it is unlikely that Reagan ever had a 30% approval rating and among which Clinton’s approval probably dipped below 70% at times.
