Obama is not alone in facing a challenging second year in office — Bill Clinton (43%), Ronald Reagan (42%), and Jimmy Carter (40%) all were below the majority approval level in July of their second year.

None of them started off with the super high 70%+ approval ratings that 0bozo started off with. 0bozo has fallen faster and deeper than anyone else.
And none of them had the 99% approval ratings amongst blacks that 0bozo has right now. Given the high concentration of blacks in east/west coast big cities and states, his super high approval amongst blacks may not be too helpful to him for electoral votes come 2012, if his really low approval amongst whites continues to go lower. Plus of course, none of the others was a hard core Marxist. 0bozo is.

Where are you getting that 70%+ number?
Rasmussen never had him above 65%.

While Gallup had him at 68 and 69% during his first four days of usurpation, he has basically gone down hill from there.
